I just hit a pull up with 50 extra pounds on so im pumped in more ways than one heres just a track showing my maxes for pull up related things the first one is pull ups (23) weighted pull up (50 lb) muscle ups (4) negative one arm pull ups (3) cant quite hit a one arm pull up but im close

Frought Nice one thing that helped me hit my first muscle up is core training since a muscle up is just as much technique as it is muscles so having not just toned abs but functional abs are a big help as it helps you center your core to get up and over the bar
