Walkthrough for the big spiky thing(second checkpoint): use the entire runway. Lean back at the last second. Both of your wheels will be on the long triangle. Once you clear it, don't pull out of your backflip right away so as to not hit you head on the triangle to the right of the spike. Good luck!
