Kyotaa_Yt I put it bluntly because the track has no gameplay or artistic merit (hence "boring" and "doesn't look like the moon"). If people decide to like a track for any reason other than if it's genuinely a good track (such as the perceived amount of effort), then that's their decision. When I rate tracks, I try my best to be objective. Just as a side note, rating a track based on its substance is both easier than considering external factors and more useful as criticism.
